First Meeting of the Working Group of PFM-KIN

The Working Group of PFM-KIN is the second tier of its Governance Structure, comprising of state government appointed ‘Nodal Officers’ who participate in these meetings on the states’ behalf and put forward their suggestions. The Working Group convenes from time to time to guide the efforts of the CoP, thereby keeping it demand driven.

The First Meeting of the Working Group took place on November 30, 2018 over video conference from New Delhi. It was attended by the states of Himachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland and Chhattisgarh. The agenda of the meeting was:

  1. Discussion and adoption of the Governance Structure of PFM-KIN
  2. Identifying a Knowledge Partner for PFM-KIN
  3. Selecting Good Practices for documentation in FY18-19
  4. Preparing a Calendar of Online Knowledge Sharing events for FY18-19
  5. Reviewing the Website of PFM-KIN, deliberating upgrade and development of phone application
  6. Any other matter
