A unique study and report brought out by NIPFP which maps (i) Revenue from Biodiversity at the Central Government level; (ii) Public Subsidies potentially harmful to biodiversity; (iii) studies the role of Financial Institutions in financing biodiversity initiatives; and (iv) discusses Mainstreaming Biodiversity into Sustainable Development. The report includes case studies from Brazil, Spain, Mozambique, Indonesia, South Africa, Zambia, Vietnam and India. For India, a state level analysis is also presented on several parameters. Key findings are made available at the end of each chapter.
