As its name suggests, this report consists of an assessment of the public financial management system in Norway using the PEFA Performance Measurement Framework. A special section with an assessment of Norwegian petroleum revenue management was added later. The report includes comments from the Ministry of Finance, Government of Norway, the PEFA secretariat and Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad).
